‘Spy x family’ is a comedy action anime that revolves around the Westalis’ master spy, Twilight, who has relentlessly fought for peace and prosperity all his life. So, when he is assigned the mission to stop the extremists from starting a war with the neighboring country Ostania, he is more than happy to take the responsibility. However, he soon learns that he will have to investigate Ostanian politician, Donovan Desmond for which he needs to infiltrate his son’s school, the Eden Academy. In order to pass off as a parent and investigate without raising suspicion, he adopts a child and gets married to a woman he meets at a tailor shop.
However, he is clueless that the former has the ability to read people’s minds while the latter is a dangerous assassin. The strange dynamic between the eccentric pretend family leads to hilarious ends and makes the series a hell of a ride.
